CLI_UPDATEGROUP Channel: 2 SNAC(13,9) 
 
  This SNAC contains a single header group as described in SNAC(13,6) 
 SRV_REPLYROSTER. Sent when a user is added to the contact list and 
 updates the server side contact list. 
  Parameters 
Length/TLV Content (If Fixed) Designations Description 
2 xx xx STRLEN The length of the following string. 
Varies .. STRING The name of this group. 
2 xx xx TAG The Tag ID of this group. All members of this group have this same ID. 
2 00 00 ID This is the individual ID assigned to a contact. This is usually 0x0000 for group headers. 
2 00 01 TYPE This field seems to indicate what type of group this is.
0x0001 - Larger grouping header 
2 xx xx BYTELEN A count of the number of following bytes. If 0, nothing follows. 
This marks the end of a group at the last byte in the count. 
TLV .. TLV If BYTELEN is 0 this is not present, otherwise, A number of TLVs will follow BYTELEN.
TLV(00C8) - Sent only with the Group header, this is a list of all IDs in this group
